These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Advanced Solar SMS Program (“Program”) from Evolution Solar LLC DBA Advanced Solar.

By expressly opting in to receive SMS messages from Advanced Solar, you agree to these Terms and the Advanced Solar Privacy Policy.

The Advanced Solar SMS Program allows customers and prospective customers who provide express consent to receive text messages from Advanced Solar.

Messages may include:

• Responses to inquiries

• Appointment scheduling and reminders

• Solar consultations and project communications

• Survey, inspection, installation, and service updates

• Customer service communications

• Information about Advanced Solar products and services

• Promotional messages where permitted by law and where the appropriate consent has been provided

By checking the SMS consent box on an Advanced Solar web form or otherwise providing express consent through an approved method, you authorize Advanced Solar to send SMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.

You understand that messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Advanced Solar.

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages you receive may depend on your inquiries, appointments, projects, service requests, and other communications with Advanced Solar.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data according to your mobile plan. Advanced Solar is not responsible for carrier charges.

You may opt out of the Advanced Solar SMS Program at any time by replying:

to any Advanced Solar SMS message.

You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out requests, including CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, where supported by our messaging system.

After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

If you previously opted out of the Advanced Solar SMS Program, you can choose to re-enroll at any time by providing express consent to receive SMS messages again or by replying UNSTOP where supported by our messaging service.

By re-enrolling, you agree to the current Terms and Conditions of the Advanced Solar SMS Program and the current Advanced Solar Privacy Policy.

Advanced Solar will not knowingly use the Program to send illegal, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content.

Advanced Solar reserves the right to suspend or terminate SMS communications where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, messaging standards, or these Terms.

You agree to use the Advanced Solar SMS Program in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You further agree that your use of the Program, and any content or data you provide, shall at all times comply with generally accepted practices and standards applicable to the solar, construction, electrical, and related service industries, including applicable consumer-protection, privacy, telecommunications, and messaging requirements.

Advanced Solar will provide its services in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with the standards of care and skill generally observed by reputable providers of similar services.

Advanced Solar’s compliance with applicable standards is conditional on adherence to these Terms and other applicable Advanced Solar policies.

Advanced Solar reserves the right to investigate usage of the Program and, in the event of non-compliance, to suspend or terminate SMS communications.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your use of the Program.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Program and any content you provide complies with applicable law.

You may not use the Program for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Advanced Solar reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of SMS communications and, where appropriate, reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities.

Advanced Solar is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures of the SMS service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or military, acts of public enemies, war, riots, strikes, power outages, network outages of third-party providers, telecommunications failures, internet failures, carrier interruptions, or equipment failures.

Advanced Solar will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as practicable.

The Program may depend upon services provided by third-party telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, software providers, or other third parties.

The Service may allow you to access or use services, content, or websites provided by third parties.

Advanced Solar is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of third-party services or websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Advanced Solar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

The SMS Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Solar makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Solar expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Advanced Solar does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Information collected through the Advanced Solar SMS Program is handled in accordance with the Advanced Solar Privacy Policy.

Advanced Solar does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
